As a start-up from Upper Austria, we developed SOLIA 0.0 together with sommeliers: spirit alternatives and ready-to-drinks with a distinctive signature that bring structure, depth, and balance to the glass. Not as a "substitute," but as an independent category for modern aperitivo moments.
The taste profile of SOLIA 0.0 is complex and finely tuned: selected botanicals, fresh citrus notes, herbs, and an elegant bitterness create a mature, well-rounded flavor. Vegan, gluten-free, and with 0.0% alcohol, SOLIA 0.0 is the base for spritz variations, long drinks, and alcohol-free cocktails that feel as conscious as they taste.
Serve SOLIA 0.0 in a large wine glass over ice and mix SOLIA 0.0 Aperitivo in a 1:3 ratio with soda, tonic, or sparkling water (alcohol-free or alcoholic for a low-alcohol spritz). Garnish with a fine citrus zest or an elegant citrus slice.
